QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

In order to ensure sustainable operation and required quality of services, LENMORNIIPROEKT OAO developed and implemented a Quality Management System certified by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) to ISO 9001 in November 2000. Certificate of Approval issued by LRQA defines the scope of certification as "design, engineering survey, environmental support of the projects and designer's supervision under construction of sea/river ports, ship repair yards, hydraulic structures and related infrastructures". LRQA assessors carry out surveillance audits of the QMS every half a year.
