Since its foundation in 1885, LENMORNIIPROEKT has been addressing conceptual issues of the Russian port development.

We have implemented a number of major projects for virtually all sea basins of Russia.

In the last years, LENMORNIIPROEKT has delivered master plans for the St. Petersburg transporthub (the Big Port of St. Petersburg), ports of Primorsk, Ust-Luga, Vyborg, Vysotsk, Murmansk, Tuapse, Sochi, Kaliningrad, Ventspils, Riga, Vanino, and the Petrolesport development concept up to 2010.

Among our projects of 2005 aimed at solving transport problems at a regional level there are the conceptual layout and master plan of St Petersburg with respect to the sea transport development and Update of the master plan for port complexes in the Gulf of Finland.
